Here is what our clients will need to do business with us:
Complete our Buyer's Portfolio Package. Once your request is reviewed and discussed, we will instruct you on whom to address your LOI at that time. We do not initially need an LOI.
Proof of Funds - Please do not place an order with us if you cannot consumate the transaction. The party who actually owns the account from which the funds will be drawn for closing should be the party that completes the buyers package.
